Subscription Overview and Expiry of Subscription- The Support and Maintenance subscription provides you with email technical support for all of our products.
- In addition your subscription provides all new product releases and updates while your subscription is active.
- All of our products come with a 1 year email support and maintenance subscription.
- If your support and maintenance agreement has expired you can renew it by purchasing a “Subscription Renewal” within 30 days after subscription expiration.

Subscription Renewal Eligibility- You must meet the following criteria to purchase a product support and maintenance Subscription Renewal:
- You must have a current license for the product you are purchasing a subscription for.
- It has not been more than 365 days since you purchased your license or...
- It has not been more than 30 days since your previous subscription has expired.

Online Support & Maintenance Subscriptions
If your support and maintenance subscription has expired, you have 30 days after your support and maintenance subscription expires to renew your subscription. You can renew your support and maintenance subscription online,or by company cheque or electronic money transfer at anytime, quickly and easily, please see the Subscription Renewals purchase page for more information.
If your support and maintenance subscription has expired the Optimumcut software product still remains **active, but you will not receive any further e-mail customer support until you renew your subscription with us within 30 days of subscription expiry.
** Superseded Products are products that are no longer actively developed and enhanced. Optimumcut reserve the right to prevent renewal of support and maintenance subscriptions of these products. Products also become Automatically Superseded when their are 'No Users' with Active Maintenance Subscriptions. Company Cheque or Electronic Money Transfers - Optimumcut Preferred Method Optimumcut can process your Subscription Renewal order via 'Optimumcut Company Invoice' and process payments via Company Cheque or International Money Transfer.
