What is Optimumcut-1D Professional ?

Optimumcut-1D Professional has been designed to allow customers to hit-the-ground-running and quickly produce optimized cutting lists, maximising yield, minimising waste, saving time and money.

Optimumcut-1D Professional resolves The Stock Cutting problem CSP and is a stand-alone (1 dimension) 1d cutting list generator, linear material optimization (nesting) software tool which calculates and displays exactly how to obtain the best yield from stock lengths and re-useable off-cuts of profiles.

Subsequently leading to significant savings in material cost when estimating, ordering and procuring materials for manufacture and production.

The question is how do you achieve an optimum materials yield using the minimum quantity of materials?

Optimumcut-1D Professional software allows you to solve that problem, by length nesting of materials, so you can decide how to buy or how to use stocks, obtaining an optimum cutting list in a matter of seconds.
